The primary challenges the team encountered while developing Plabmar Plunder were a tight budget and streamlined communication. Collaborating with Racoon Studios, developers based in Ukraine, enabled a faster development timeline but also limited the project’s scope and resources. We relied heavily on clear documentation and effective communication to overcome these obstacles, convey our vision, and ensure alignment.
